While we had some demos and a rough EP from high school, “Mayday” begins what we consider to be the official discography of The Icarus Account

We recorded this album over the course of almost two years while we were in college.

We worked out a deal with a small local studio in Lakeland, FL where Ty went to school where we could come in and engineer ourselves during off hours.

We spent many all-nighters and long weekends in this studio learning how to engineer ourselves and work in pro-tools.

We were able to buckle down in the summer of 2008 and finish tracking. While it isn’t the most polished work it was the critical launching point of our career,
